Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
During promotions or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Free Standard Shipping on orders of $30 or more.
Shipping costs for orders under $30 are calculated at checkout based on your location.

After your order has been shipped, estimated delivery is:

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for customers in the Austin, Texas area.

If local pickup is selected at checkout, you will receive an email with pickup instructions when your order is ready.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
